Gary Numan's UK Splinter Tour took place from 7 to 19 November 2013, following the release of Splinter (Songs from a Broken Mind). The eleven-date itinerary opened at Bristol O2 Academy and concluded at Wolverhampton Wulfrun Hall, taking the new album's material to audiences across the UK.
The performances placed songs from Splinter at the centre of the set, including "I Am Dust", "Here In The Black", "Love Hurt Bleed" and the title track. These were presented alongside established favourites such as "Cars", "Are 'Friends' Electric?" and "Down In The Park", as well as selections from Pure and Dead Son Rising.
The tour marked the first UK concert run devoted to Splinter and demonstrated how the darker sound of the album fitted alongside Numan's earlier electronic repertoire. Its eleven shows formed the UK opening chapter of the wider touring period that continued into 2014.
